
Kogi State Accountant-General Congratulates ARMTI New Governing Board Chairman, Abdullahi Bello, Describes the Appointment as Timely and Reflective of Tinubu's Commitment to Advance Inclusive Rural Development
The Accountant-General of Kogi State, Dr Habibat Oyiza Tijjani Onumoko, has extended her warmest congratulations to the newly appointed Chairman of the Governing Board of the Agricultural Research and Rural Management Training Institute (ARMTI) in Ilorin, Alh. Abdullahi Bello.
In an official statement issued from her office in Lokoja, Dr. Habibat expressed confidence that the new chairman will work diligently to elevate the standards and impacts of ARMTI, in line with national development goals.
The Accountant General noted that Alh. Abdullahi Bello will bring innovative reforms and strategic directions that will enhance the Institute’s mandate in research, training, and capacity building for sustainable rural development.
While commending President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for identifying a competent individual to pilot the affairs of the institute, she maintained that the appointment was timely, strategic and reflective of the President's commitment to resuscitating the agricultural sector and promoting inclusive rural development.
Dr. Habibat prayed Allah to bless Alh. Abdullahi Bello with wisdom and strength, reiterating that the new board chairman will contribute immensely to the institution to the expectation of Mr President, and guide the institute to new heights.
