DR. GIZO PAYS COURTESY VISIT TO MINISTER OF WATER RESOURCES

Chief Dr. Amos Gizo, Chairman of the Lower Benue River Basin Development Authority, paid a courtesy visit to the Honourable Minister of Water Resources, Engr. Prof. Joseph Terlumun Utsev, at his office in Abuja. Accompanied by his political associate, Mr. Dashe Alrat, former Chairman of the Plateau State Board of Internal Revenue Service, Dr. Gizo received a warm welcome.

The Honourable Minister congratulated Dr. Gizo on his well-deserved appointment, assuring him of a desirable working relationship. He pledged to deliver on the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and cooperation between government agencies in driving development and progress.

"I want to congratulate you once again on your well-deserved appointment as Chairman of the Lower Benue River Basin Development Authority," said the Minister. "I believe in your competency and capacity to deliver on the mandate given to you by Mr. President. We will be working together cordially to deliver on the Renewed Hope Agenda."

As Chairman of the Lower Benue River Basin Development Authority, Dr. Gizo will play a crucial role in promoting agricultural development, ensuring access to water supply, and maintaining environmental integrity in the catchment states of Benue, Nassarawa, Plateau, and Kogi. The Authority's mission aligns with the Minister's pledge, highlighting the significance of this courtesy visit.
