A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, (APC) in Ogori/Magongo LGA, High Chief Hon. Adesina Sylvanus Meka has extended heartfelt felicitations to Christians in Ogori/Magongo LGA and Kogi state as they celebrate this year’s Easter festivities.
In a goodwill message, Chief Adesina advocated for prayers for sustained peace and stability in Kogi State,, emphasising the significance of unity, brotherhood, and service to God and humanity during and beyond the Easter period.
Chief Adesina also felicitates governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, his deputy, Mr Joel Salifu, Kogi State APC party Chairman, Hon. Abdullahi Bello and leaders of the Christian faith in the state.
While imploring the people of Ogori/Magongo LGA and Kogites in general, to use the occasion of the Easter celebration to seek the face of God for continuous peace in the state, he wished the Christian faithful a peaceful and joyous celebration, expressing hope that the blessings of the season would pave the way for a brighter future for both Kogi state and the nation at large.
Chief Adesina prayed God bless governor Ahmed Usman Ododo with long life and the required wisdom to pilot the affairs of Kogi State to greater heights.
