
Ohi of Okengwe-Ehi, HRH Yusuf Atta felicitates Muslim Ummah as Ramadan Fast begins

The Ohi of Okengwe-Ehi, HRH Arch. Yusuf Atta Abdulkareem has extended his felicitations to the muslims ummah as the holy month of Ramadan commences.
The Ohi in his felicitation message in Upogoro, urged the muslim Ummah to use the Ramadan period for prayers, worships, almsgiving and support for the poor and the less privileged in the society to receive blessings from Allah.
He called on Muslim clerics and preachers to focus their sermons on awakening muslims to the practice of Islam and the pursuit of excellence in all aspects of life.
He congratulated the executive governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo and all State and Local government appointees for witnessing the month of Ramadan.
He also extended greetings to the former governor of Kogi State, Alh Yahaya Bello and hailed the Ohinoyi of Ebiraland, HRM Ahmed Tijani Mohammed Anaje for his leadership qualities.
While calling on the muslims to continue to live up to the tenets of their faith through acts of charity, the Ohi of Okengwe Ehi called for sustained prayers for Ebiraland, Kogi State and Nigeria so that greater level of peace, progress and prosperity can be achieved.
