Kogi State Accountant-General, Dr. Habibat Oyiza Tijjani Onumoko on Wednesday, congratulated the honourable Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Barr. Salami Momodu Ozigi Deedat on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
