Austin Okai and His Many Lies

When lies are repeated over time, the uninformed may begin to believe them as truth.

Okai Austin in his strong bid to redeem his already battered image and re-gain his confidence, he continued to constitute more public nuisance in the state.

Unknowingly to him, he has become willfully blind and deaf to the progress going on in the state.

The way Okai is going, and shamelessly lying about everything calls for moral reflection for every right thinking person.

Just few days ago, the same toothless bull dog attacked His Excellency, governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, claiming that governor Ahmed Usman Ododo diverted fund released to the state by the Federal government.

It's on record that he has attacked high profile All Progressives Congress (APC) members within an outside the state.

Who is in Kogi State that doesn't know that Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo is fully in the control of the state resources?

And, who is in Kogi State that doesn't know that the government of Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo is driven by utmost dedication, selflessness and love, and operates an all-inclusive, transparent, and accountable system?

Does Okai who has never been part of any serious government in the state have the moral justification to question good governance? 

The last time he contested a position in his village, he lost.

It appears that his warped ploy now is to make so much noise, and tell so much lies against Dr. Habibat Oyiza Onumoko, the present Accountant General of Kogi State.

It's not surprising, because we all know that Okai is a bundle of lies, deceit, greed, propaganda, all rolled into one. 

The latest from the dirty stable of Austin Okai is obviously unthinkable and senseless.

Okai said "Dr Habibat Oyiza Onumoko was elevated from Cashier in Okene to the position of Kogi State Accountant-General".

Okai doesn't know that it's not uncommon for individuals to start their careers in entry-level positions and work their way up to more senior roles. 

This can be confirmation to their hard work, dedication and additional qualifications acquired.

If Dr. Habibat Oyiza Onumoko has risen through the ranks to become the Accountant General of the state, it's because she has demonstrated strength and expertise in her field.

It's high time the incorrigible liar of our time, Mr Okai, be open minded and recognize that people can grow and develop over time.

Dr. Habibat remains a symbol of consistent loyalty to the state and the APC.

All the allegations against the Accountant-General were completely baseless and lacking in substance. 

It's essential to approach every claim with a critical eye and consider the potential motivations behind them. 

In this case, it appears that the accusations were nothing more than a malicious attempt to tarnish the reputation of the Accountant-General.

Let's take a step back and examine the situation. 

The Accountant-General is a public office holder and as such, subject to scrutiny and criticism.

However, it's crucial to distinguish between genuine criticism and unfounded allegations. 

Austin Okai claim that the Accountant General has been in charge of the palliatives brought to the state to alleviate the hardship brought by fuel subsidy removal were all false.

If such thing ever happened, at least reports should come from the Ministry it concerns, or Okai suddenly becomes the mouthpiece of the Ministry and choses to cry more than the bereaved?

It clear at this point that Okai is merely trying to divert public attention from the bad governance his party gave the people of Kogi State some years ago.
