Kogi State Accountant-General mourns death of Yusuf Okala's mother

Kogi State Accountant-General, Hajia (Dr.) Habibat Oyiza Tijjani Onumoko has expressed heartfelt condolences to the State Auditor General, Hon. Yusuf Okala, over the loss of his mother, Hajiya Amina Yusuf.

She described as painful, losing a mother and called for faith and resilience in the face of the trial.

The Accountant-General said, "To Allah we belong, and to Him we shall return. I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Hajia Amina Yusuf, the beloved mother of the State Auditor General, Hon. Yusuf Okala."

"The death of a loved one is profoundly painful and often beyond comprehension. However, as people of faith, we must accept it as the will of Almighty God".

"I urge the family to be consoled by the fine legacies of Hajia Amina Yusuf, who was a faithful servant of God and lover of humanity."

While commiserating with Okala's family, the Accountant-General prayed for the eternal repose of Hajiya Amina Yusuf’s soul and asked Almighty Allah to grant her Jannatul Firdaus.

Furthermore, she sought divine strength and comfort for the grieving family.
