Kogi State chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Comr. Benjamin Jeremiah Ojodale has commended Kogi State governor for resuscitating, overhauling, and strengthening internal security mechanism in the state.
The workerholic chairman commended the governor for bringing peace to Omala local government area in Ankpa Federal constituency.
According to him, governor Ahmed Usman Ododo has demonstrated leadership by visiting the warring communities, dialogued with them and restored law and order in the area.
Part of his State,
"In one of our management meetings, Kogi State NYCN called on the government of Kogi State to take a decisive action on Bagana crisis.
It's on record that Governor Usman Ododo has visited Bagana community twice, set up a Forward Operating Base (FOB) of the military there, and the people are already returning back to their communities as peace has returned."
Comr. Benjamin commended the governor for his prompt action to stem the tide of destruction of lives and property in the state, and urged persons and communities with genuine grievances to take the opportunity of dialogue offered by the Government of Kogi State to engage the government on their grievances to ensure lasting peace and security in the state.
