Kogi State NYCN Chair hails Gov Ododo for Adabenege's re-appointment, Passes vote of confidence on the LGSC boss
The Kogi State Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, Comrade Ben Jerry has commended governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for re-appointing Alh. Adams Adabenege as the chairman of Kogi State Local Government Service Commission.
Comr Jerry said the choice of Alh. Adams Adabenege will sustain a local government service dedicated to accountability, efficient service delivery, grassroots transformation and rural socio-economic development.
Speaking with Radio Kogi correspondent in Lokoja, Kogi State capital on Wednesday, Comrade Jerry, on behalf of the Kogi youths, passed a vote of confidence on the commission boss.
He said the re-appointment will bring fresh perspective and new ideas to the commission and will bring more effective leadership and governance at the grassroot level.
He words, "I believe that this appointment will not only bring fresh perspective but also inject new energy and ideas into the commission."
"The youths of Kogi state are eager to see the impact of this appointment on the lives of our people, especially the young people".
While expressing sincerest appreciation to governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for the historic appointment, and for his commitment to workers welfare, comrade Ben Jerry prayed that God will bless Alh. Adams Adabenege with long life and sound health to perform well in office.
