Pharmacist Salamat Ize, the Executive Secretary of the Kogi State Drugs and Medical Supply Management Agency (KSDMSMA), has congratulated His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, on the Supreme Court’s affirmation of his electoral victory as the Governor of Kogi State.
In her statement, Pharmacist Salamat expressed deep satisfaction with the judiciary’s role in upholding justice and truth, despite the formidable pressure exerted by the opposition. She praised the Supreme Court for standing firm in its commitment to fairness and the rule of law, ensuring that the voice of the people, as expressed in the gubernatorial elections, was respected and preserved.
"This ruling is not just a victory for Governor Ododo, but a triumph for the people of Kogi State and for democracy itself," she said. "The judiciary has once again proven to be the bastion of truth, integrity, and justice in our nation."
With the legal challenges behind him, His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo is now fully empowered to concentrate on delivering the dividends of democracy to the good people of Kogi State. Pharmacist Salamat expressed confidence that under his continued leadership, the state will witness accelerated progress in healthcare, infrastructure, education, and other critical sectors.
"Governor Ododo has always been a leader who prioritizes the well-being of Kogites, and I am certain that with this victory, he will be more focused than ever on fulfilling his promises to the people.
