...kogi AG Urges Kogites to be resilient and hopeful
All Progressive Congress (APC) support group popularly known as FAWWASS has assured the people of the state of bright future under the leadership of Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo, the executive governor of Kogi State.
The group's president, Hon. Bilikisu Onumoko reiterated that, the APC is the only political party in Nigeria that understands and has solutions to all Nigeria's problems.
Conveying the message of Kogi State Accountant-General, Hajia Habibat Oyiza Onumoko, to women drawn from the five LGAs of Kogi Central, at GRA, Okene, through the president of FAWWASS, the AG said the people of Kogi State irrespective of tribe and political affiliation have good reasons to exercise hope and trust in the ability of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo to put the state on a high socio-economic and political pedestal, assuring that with the governor, Kogi State is in a safe hand.
According to the AG, governor Ahmed Usman Ododo's visionary leadership of inclusive governance and sound economic policies has put the state on a steady lane of development.
She said, "the governor is determined to advance the economic progress and the development of all other sectors in the state and it's therefore pertinent that all responsible Kogites at home and in the diaspora should support this direction."
The AG urged all Kogites to exercise temperance, resilience, love and understanding, while shunning divisive and hate speech, and also to pray fervently for the state, and the country, Nigeria.
