Dr. Ozomata at Homecoming Reception: Appreciates Mammoth Crowds, Solicits Support for Alh. Ododo

The Newly Appointed Technical Adviser to the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Dr. Sanni Abdullahi Ozomata was full of gratitude at a colourful homecoming ceremony on Tuesday, the 30th of April 2024, at Idoji, in Okene, the ancient city of Kogi Central Senatorial District, where he called on Kogites to continue to support Governor Ododo Ahmed Usman.
Dr. Ozomata who first visited the Ohinoyi of Ebiraland, HRM, Alh. (Dr.) AhmedTijnai Anaje, to seek for his blessings was thereafter recieved by some ward heads, Youths, various Women wings, some stakeholders and eminent leaders of the Kogi State All Progressives Congress (APC) across the district, eulogising him for his well-deserving appointment.
His Royal Majesty, Alh. (Dr) AhmadTijani Anaje who welcomed the newly appointed Technical Adviser said, today if he dies and resurrect, he can beat his chest to the testimony of how Dr. Sanni Abdullahi Ozomata has done well for Ebiraland.
"While I was the Ohi of Okengwe, his positive contributions to the good people of Ebiraland were glaring to me, having served as an influence in some occasions. I wholeheartedly rejoice with his elevation, knowing that he will uphold the consolidation Agenda just as the daily prerequisite prayers in doing more for the people. I pray for his success and I urge you all to emulate him by dedicating yourself to the progress of Ebiraland." He admonished
The Ward Heads, Ward Chairman, President of Market Women, Youth Representatives and other APC front liners who welcomed the New Technical Adviser to the reception venue spoke with joy and commended the decision of the Executive Governor of Kogi State for appointing a people-centred leader like Ozomata into such position. They expressed optimism in the administration of Alh. Ododo Ahmed Usman to reach out to the common people with Dr. Ozomata by his side.
Dr. Ozomata while addressing the mammoth crowd of political supporters and admirers who trooped out to receive him amidst heavy rainfall, appreciated the people for the honour of the homecoming reception.
In his words: "chiefly, I am here to thank you, our dear people, for your overwhelming support over the years. You all orchestrated today's joy for having massively voted for a consolidation agenda in the governance of our State.
"Convinced as civilised democrats that your votes gave us a clear victory under our laws, though the oppositions are causing distractions in the court to pull us back, but I assure you all that sooner or later, the Supreme Court will retain the status quo. I therefore urge you all to remain unshaken and unshakable.
"I am deeply touched and humbled by your broad sacrificial giving to organise this unbelievably massive homecoming ceremony, and I have no reasons to fail you, my people." Dr. Ozomata said
The Technical Adviser as usual admonishes the people to support and always pray for Alh. Ododo Ahmed Usman and his government; more so the overall leader of the state, the Ex Governor, His Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Bello.
"You all can see that Alh. Ododo Ahmed Usman has started his governance on the consolidation agenda he promised. While people's welfares are being prioritized, Infrastructures are on speedy attention, these were made possible because of the solid foundation laid by his predecessor, the overall leader of the state, Alh. Yahaya Bello, we must not be ungrateful not to always include him in our prayers too."
"Let us continue to build on the good legacies of ex-Governor Yahaya Bello by supporting Alh. Ododo for a vision of a modern society that runs on innovation, rule of law, our values of honest living and honorable service, and transformational ideas and I promise that you all will never leave to regret that." Ozomata implored.
