The president of FairWin Women Advancement Association (FAWWASS), Hon. Bilikisu Onumoko has extolled Kogi State Accountant-General, Hajia (Dr.) Habibat Oyiza Onumoko (FCNA), for her humility, transparency and commitments towards the development of Kogi State, just as the AG moves into her new office.
Speaking in GRA Okene, yesterday, Hon. Bilikisu said, "I appreciate the People's Governor, our visionary and pragmatic leader, His Excellency, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo, for giving Hajia (Dr.) Habibat Oyiza Onumoko (FCNA) the opportunity to serve the state in the capacity of the Kogi State Accountant-General."
"With her wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of accounting and financial management, Kogites should expect realistic budgetary processes and improved service delivery."
Hon. Bilikisu also noted that just about two months that Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo resumed office as Kogi State Governor, his financial reforms are already yielding positive dividends.
While congratulating the staff in the office of the Accountant-General, hon. Bilikisu said, "I congratulate all of you in the Office of the Accountant General of Kogi State and I can assure you that you will enjoy a good working relationship with the new AG."
In her final note, hon. Bilikisu pledged FAWWASS continued loyalty and support to the development and sustainability of the present administration's achievements in the state.
Hajia (Dr.) Habibat Oyiza Onumoko (FCNA) who is the first female Accountant-General in Kogi State took over from Alh. Jibril Momoh. Prior to her appointment as the AG, she was the Permanent Secretary in the Kogi State Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.
