The Rector, Nigeria -Korea Friendship Institute of Vocational and Advanced Technology, Williams Charles Oluwatoyin has lauded the appointment of Hajia Habibat Tijani as the state Accountant General, adding that her appointment is an indication of her dedication and stewardship.
In a press statement signed by the Rector on Wednesday, he said “on behalf of the Governing Council, Academic Board, Management, staff and students of the institution, I want to congratulate Hajia Habibat Tijani over her well deserved appointments into a new role. Hajia Habibat Tijani has distinguished herself as a woman of great character, competence and loyalty”
The Rector noted that Hajiya Habibat Tijani in her former role as the Permanent Secretary, Kogi State Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs has shown great professionalism, diligence, transparency and dutifulness and her records is replete with her immense contributions and commitment to the development of the State
While the Rector appreciated governor Yahaya Bello for showing that professionalism and good attributes will always be rewarded, he expressed confidence that the newly appointed Accountant General of the state will perform excellently and deliver profoundly on her new role, even better than her previous assignment.
