Permanent Secretary Kogi State Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hajia Habibat Onumoko has felicitated with the Kogi State Governor-elect, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo as he marks his birthday on Monday.
The permanent secretary noted that this year’s birthday is remarkable, coming shortly after Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo's victory at the November 11 Kogi State governorship election.
According to her statement, the people of Kogi State are confident in Ododo's ability to lead the state, further describing Ahmed Ododo as a selfless leader and patriotic Nigerian who is strongly committed to the peace, unity and development of the state and the country.
She said the governor elect is prepared to serve the people of the state having taken his time to learn from His Excellency Alh. Yahaya Bello, the best Governor in Nigeria.
The permanent secretary prayed that the Almighty God will grant Ahmed Usman Ododo the strength, wisdom and courage to serve his people and the country.
