The President of FairWin Women Advancement Association (FAWWASS), Hon. Bilikisu Onumoko has joined other well wishers to congratulate the permanent secretary in the Kogi State Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hajia Habibat Onumoko, on her conferment as "Fellow" of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
Hon. Bilikisu noted that the path to success is always full of obstacles, but with perseverance and doggedness, one can always emerge victorious and triumphant at the end.
She said the permanent secretary's new level of achievement as a Fellow Member of the CITN is another milestone in her success story, further describing her unwavering dedication to public service and financial acumen as topnotch.
She expressed happiness how the permanent secretary kept equipping herself with top skills for innovation and analytical thinking.
Hon. Bilikisu on behalf of the members of FAWWASS prayed for more grace on the Permanent Secretary as she continue to strive and contribute towards the progress and prosperity of the state, and venerating her as a role model worthy of emulation for all women and the younger generation.
