The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hajia Habibat Onumoko has stated that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state has substantially delivered on its campaign promises.
Addressing members of FairWin Women Advancement Association (FAWWASS) and other support groups of the APC shortly after the party's flag- off of its 2023 governorship campaign in Muhammadu Buhari's square, Lokoja, the Permanent Secretary said the party has provided a formidable and well experienced governorship candidate.
Hajia Habibat urged Kogites of the need to make good use of their Permanent Voters Card, (PVC), by voting for the candidate of the APC, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo, at the coming November 11 governorship elections in the state for more gains of democracy.
While expressing satisfaction, she described the mass turnout of the people of the state as a clear testament to the leadership ingenuity and political acumen of Governor Yahaya Bello, noting further that the electorates in the state has clearly demonstrated that they are fully in support of continuity and consolidation.
Hajia Habibat reiterated that only the APC has the answers to all the problems in the country today. She charged the members of the groups to return to their respective wards and continue to canvass support for Alh. Ahmed Usman.
