The Deputy Director General of the Kogi State APC Campaign Council, Alh. Hadi Ametuo has charged Local Government Executive Chairmen and APC ward chairmen in local government areas in Central to work hard to deliver their respective areas for the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo.
Addressing the Local Government security chiefs and ward Chairmen in Okene, Ametuo said governor Yahaya Bello style of leadership should be a source of encouragement and inspiration to all Kogites.
He said it has become necessary to vote massively for the party in order to enjoy more dividends of democracy, describing the governorship candidate, Ahmed Ododo as the only one with competence and capacity to govern Kogi State.
In a related development, the Deputy DG has met with the fifty seven wards chairmen in Kogi Central and mandated them to immediately start ward meetings in their various wards.
According to Ametuo, the November 11, 2023 election demands that all hands be on deck. He said the party has designed a reward system.
The zonal party chairman in Central, Hon. Mauzu Salihu thanked the party stakeholders for their commitments and supports. According to him, APC remain the party to beat in Kogi state.
