The entire group of Onyamika Adamika storms the heartbeat of Kogi Central, Okene Local Government secretariat, in a grand style to display their spiritual ways of seeking God's intervention in the victory of Alh. Usman Ahmed Ododo, the Gubernatorial Candidate of The All Progressive Congress (APC).
Those who attended the prayer included the traditional ruler, who doubles as the overall leader of the group, Taaru Adayi Itopa Anda, popularly known as Onyamika Adamika, the Sister to Alh Usman Ododo's wife, Hajia Memunat Sadiq, Members of Independent Campaign Council (ICC), State and Local Government Appointees, among others.
The program was singlehandedly organized and also sponsored by Amb. Gimbiya Hannatu Usman Nga, the founder of Hikmah Foundation in a bid to create a synergy with other believers in Kogi Central, devoid of religious and political affiliation as they strive towards achieving the same goal for the land, hence every prayer is essential and further noted that Ebira Agenda should be spotted the priority.
Onyai Onoku Ayivada, the woman leader of the indigenous spiritual group of maidens which emanated from various local government councils of Kogi Central, took the lead and others followed from her residents down to the program venue as usually done with her troop whenever there was an urgent need to seek God's mercy and guidance upon the land.
In recognition of the presence of God to seek His mercy and blessings upon the land as well as the purpose of the gathering which is the prayer for the success of the Ododo/Oyibo ticket, the overall leader of the group, Taaru Adayi Itopa Anda was called out to lead the prayer in a language that God will understand best, and he did pray fervently for the people of the land, the son of the soil, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, and Kogi State in general
Shortly after the prayer session of the program, he commended the organizer, Amb. Gimbiya Hannatu Usman Nga for making it a point of duty to visit the traditional rulers, (Onoku Onyamika Adamika) across Kogi Central local government councils to seek their blessings, guidance, and advice, then he promised that his support for Alhaji Usman Ododo shall continue to know no bounds, he noted that what he sees is the success that they craved for and nothing less.
While commending and also thanking Amb. Gimbiya Hannatu for being genuine with her words, Hajia Memunat Sadiq, the Sister to Ahmed Usman Ododo's wife in the same vein expressed satisfaction with the level of her patriotism and love for humanity, appreciated her unwavering support for Ododo's project, and prayed for her and the entire group of Onukus who came out to grace the success prayer.
As part of her usual good gesture to the people of Kogi State and by extension in the diaspora, the organizer, Amb. Gimbiya made a turn to offer an award of scholarships to two amazing female children in the group while addressing them on the need to always be awakened to partner with the success stories of the land and also create a sense of belonging to be reckoned with, if not for themselves but for future generations, and urged every woman to respect themselves in all regards if they want to be paid in the same coin by their man, cited Hajia Sefia Ahmed Ododo and her husband are true examples of lovely twins since they're being together as one indivisible family, and that has given birth to the bliss they enjoy till date, she affirmed.
She concluded her remarks by admonishing the groups to be firm in their support for the candidate of APC, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo is coming to consolidate on the laid down achievements of His Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello, assuring them that women are always women and their impact will never be undermined even though they barely came out in a time like this, but today they are out for Ododo's victory and so, that victory shall come to stay, and further stressed that the traditional institution won't be left out, most especially, their wonderful group; before leading the group woman leader, Onoku Ayivada with some of her core disciples to see Alh Ahmed Usman Ododo's mother at her residence behind the new Zango in Adavi Local Government for a proper engagement and to confer their impact in its entirety.
