The Faculty of Science Student Association FOSSA, Federal University Lokoja on Wednesday award the Action Alliance Governorship Candidate, Otunba Olayinka Braimoh for his tremendous support and encouragements to students of the university over the years.
It was recorded that Otunba Olayinka Braimoh who in his generosity offset school fees of indigent students worth millions of naira.
The President, Comr Abdulazeez Olamide Ismail in his appreciation describe the Governorship Candidate as a youthful icon whose generosity and kindness has gained him the opportunity to merit the award.
He said "History will not forget what you have done for the students of Federal University Lokoja, as the President of the largest faculty in Federal University Lokoja, i am aware of the good records you have maintained over the years and in a way to show our appreciation, the faculty of sciences have awarded you as the _Most Credible Personality For Students Welfarism. This is a charge for you to continue to reach out to the student community."
The President who further pledge his support on behalf of the entire students stated that " to further express our gratitude, we will support your gubernatorial ambition to victory, you can count on us in our numbers to mobilize and cast our votes".
Otunba Olayinka Braimoh stated that he is delighted and feel honoured for the recognition given to him from the students.
"Students Welfarism is key and it is of importance that we continually improve our level of engagement with the students by providing enabling environment for learning and making provision for palliatives and students welfare package".
My administration as the next Governor of Kogi State will steadily provide student bursary within and outside Kogi State for our indigenous students.
My vision and mission for Kogi State is clear in my agenda, we have few days to election, mobilize, canvass and with your PVCs, vote Action Alliance, vote Olayinka Braimoh.
