The President of FairWin Women Advancement Association (FAWWASS), Hon. Bilikisu Onumoko has congratulated Mrs Jimoh Sabdat, a member of FAWWASS, on her appointment as Senior Special Assistant to Governor Yahaya Bello on Farm Inputs.
The group thanked His Excellency, Governor Yahaya Bello, the executive Governor of Kogi State for believing in women and in appointing Mrs Jimoh as SSA on Farm Inputs.
The group charged the new SSA to serve as bridge between the rural farmers and the government, especially now that the government placed top priority on Agriculture.
The message in parts reads;
"Your appointment is as a result of your dedication to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and I have no doubt that you will perform well in your new assignment and make us proud."
"Now that the subsidy has been removed, come up with clear plans and engagements such that the women and youths will be interested in agriculture."
The group also thanked the Perm. Secretary in the Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hajia Habibat Onumoko who is the Founder of FAWWASS, for her consistent guidance and encouragements.
The Group wished Mrs Jimoh Sabdat more strength to carry out her assignments diligently.
