Kogi NYCN Congratulates Nigeria On Independence Day Celebration, Charges Kogi Youths to be Steadfast and Hardworking.
As Nigeria celebrates her 63rd Independence Anniversary, the Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Kogi State Chapter, Comr. Osiako Sunday has sent felicitations to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Kogi State Governor, Kogi Ministry of Youth and Sports and the entire youths of the state.
In his goodwill message on the occasion of the Independence day celebration made available to Thengreporters, Comr. Osiako enjoins the youths to remain patriotic and God-fearing in all their doings.
Osiako further urged the youths to be prayerful, steadfast and peaceful, adding that these periods in our national life demands that Nigerians remain peaceful and united.
On the forthcoming governorship election in the state, Comr. Osiako charges the electorates, particularly the youths, to go and collect their PVC before October 9 to enable them exercise their franchise during the November 11 governorship election.
He admonished the youths not to take laws into their hands but to have absolute respect for all constituted anuthorities.
