Coordinator of Muktari Bello Movement in Ogori/Magongo LGA, Hon. Osiako Ezekiel Sunday, on Thursday kicked off campaigns in the local government area.
Hon. Osiako said the group is working on strategies towards achieving success for the Candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo, in the November 11election.
Hon. Osiako appealed to aggrieved members of the party to be positive and united to achieve success in the November election.
"We must come together now. Ogori/Magongo LGA must key into the Developmental Agenda of the administration of Governor Yahaya Bello. This is the time to shun politics of bitterness for the success of our great party. We must be part of the success story of APC in the coming election".
Hon. Osiako also urged other candidates nursing the governorship seat to forget their ambitions and support Alh. Usman Ododo.
Responding to questions, Hon. Osiako said Alh. Muktari Bello has mandated him to start a forum where people of the area can come together and chart ways forward for the progress of the party and the success of the party's candidate, Alh. Usman Ahmed Usman, in the coming November 11 election.
Hon. Osiako hailed the Executive Chairman of Ogori/Magongo LGA for his supports to the party in the local government area.
He said more people are indicating interest to join the group because they know that Alh. Muktari Bello is a great political force to reckon with.
